Trim Levels of the 2018 Grand Cherokee
The Grand Cherokee makes quite the statement in 2018 with additions of not just more standard features, but also an incredibly powerful new engine. If you love mid class SUVs, whether that be an off-roader, a luxurious fun ride, or even a stylish hot rod, the Grand Cherokee has you covered. This Jeep can work to whatever your preference may be. Read on to learn more about what each of the trims has to offer and additional features may be available.
Laredo Trim:
The base trim of the Jeep Grand Cherokee is the Laredo. This trim can be found with features like heated mirrors, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 7-inch touchscreen, a six-speaker sound system, 17-inch wheels, a 3.6-liter V6 engine with 295 horsepower, a rearview camera, Bluetooth, keyless ignition and entry, two USB ports, and rear parking sensors.
Limited Trim:
The Limited trim brings in some additional comforts with features that include a choice to upgrade to the 5.7-liter V8 engine with 360 horsepower and heated seats. An additional option would be the 3-liter Diesel engine with 420 lb-ft of torque.
Trailhawk Trim:
This trim leaves us with an incredible capable off-roading SUV. With this trim level, you will find a few new exterior styling elements, 18-inch off-road tires, an adjustable air suspension, underbody skid plates, hill ascent and descent control, ventilated front seats, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, increased suspension travel, and a navigation system.
Overland Trim:
The Overland adds with 20-inch wheels, LED daytime running lights and fog lights, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, a power-adjustable steering wheel, extended leather upholstery, automatic wipers, automatic high beam control, xenon headlights, and a navigation system.
Summit Trim:
This trim level was built for comfort and luxury. With the Summit, you will find features like front parking sensors, 20-inch polished wheels, parallel and perpendicular parking assistance, adaptive cruise control, noise reducing windows and technology, a 19-speaker Harman Kardon system, upgraded leather upholstery, rear cross traffic alert, headlight washers, and so much more. Many of the safety features found on this trim can also be added to others through the High Altitude package.
SRT Trim:
The SRT trim brings in a 6.4-liter V8 engine with 475 horsepower. It also brings in an all-wheel-drive system with special high-performance off-road tuning, 20-inch performance tires, a limited slip rear differential, a sport body kit, sport-tuned steering and brakes, and selectable performance modes. Additionally, on this trim level, you can also add a 19-speaker audio system, a choice of two types of wheel styles at 20-inches, upgraded brakes, a towing package, and extended and upgraded leather upholstery.
Trackhawk Trim:
At the top of the lineup is the Trackhawk. This trim level comes with a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine with 707 horsepower and 645 lb-ft of torque. This trim also comes with aggressive looking bodywork, unique interior cue designs, lightweight 20-inch wheels, Brembo brakes, and upgraded adaptive suspension.
