I dropped the truck off as soon they opened on a Friday morning. I had made an appointment the day before by calling the dealership. The drop-off process was really easy. They kept in touch with me through text messages. They sent over some recommended maintenance items due to the mileage of the vehicle, I chose what I wanted done. They completed those items on top of the original maintenance work I needed done. My vehicle was ready by 2:00 that afternoon. You do have the option to pay online, which was a helpful option. I brought my ram 1500 for maintenance on the 4x4 and so far the advisor and loaner department have been great and have worked with me and my schedule. They also send out videos with information on your vehicle,and they started a text tread were they contact me with information of my truck and updates. This service department is awesome. I had a very difficult situation and was needing a car urgently and Howard made things sooooo smooth and so easy!
