Came in to look for a new 2500 Ram. Joshua G. came up to us, didn't feel pressured to talk numbers off the rip, asked us what we are looking for in a vehicle and tried to tailor a truck to our needs. Staff was polite, Irma was excellent. the service did take some time but it was done with a complimentary car wash I would have rated 5 star but the Lobby was on the weak side. they owners need to refresh and update the waiting area. it is crucial when you do not know when the work is going to finish. needs updating. again ,thanks to the staff it is tolerable.
