My experience at the dealership was a mix of frustration and professionalism. During the negotiation process, I repeatedly requested to speak with the General Sales Manager regarding my trade-in. Despite several requests, he refused to come out and speak with me directly. As a customer making a significant purchase decision, I found that extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Only after I left he reached out to speak with me and both calls were aggressive and unprofessional. What concerned me even more was an interaction I witnessed during my initial visit. The General Sales Manager was speaking to another customer in front of the customer’s young son and was so loud, rude, and confrontational that it caused people throughout the showroom to stop what they were doing and stare. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and left a very negative impression of the dealership’s leadership. Fortunately, Jesse, my sales associate, was the complete opposite. He remained professional, respectful, and customer-focused throughout the entire process. Jesse worked hard to earn my business, kept the transaction moving forward, and ultimately turned what could have been a lost sale into a completed purchase. His professionalism is the reason I continued with the deal. I would also like to recognize Cindy in Finance. She was warm, friendly, and highly professional. She took the time to explain my options, helped me secure excellent coverage for my vehicle, and made the paperwork process smooth and efficient. While my experience with the General Sales Manager was disappointing, Jesse and Cindy provided the level of customer service that customers deserve and are the reason this review is not significantly lower.

Automobile recall for air bags. Appointment was made. I took my automobile to the service department and they arranged a uber ride to take me home and a return uber to take me back to pick up my auto. Great service. Service writers were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They also surprised me with a clean wash job. Will definitely keep using this dealership.

I can’t recommend this dealership enough. Kevin Tran was my salesman and he was great; He doesn’t BS you, he listens to what you’re looking for, and he is patient. I walked in knowing the exact cars I wanted to test drive and he immediately pulled them around. He was honestly super chill and he seems pretty knowledgeable about vehicles and their mechanics etc which is obviously good working at a car dealership. I was there only a few hours and only like 1-1.5 of those hours was the process of actually buying the car, I liked the time management a lot there. Every car I test drove was detailed really well, no smells or stains etc which I definitely liked a lot here. Overall I had a really good experience and I’d definitely purchase another vehicle from them again in the future.

The service was great and on time. Jasmine was really fantastic and even got me an Uber back and forth to work. I will say if they offer to bring your truck up, let them. Their parking lot is like a corn field maze. Not a knock on the service at all, I just thought I’d be helpful and fetch my own car. Did I mention the sweet coffee machine in the waiting area? Yum!
