My EXPERIENCE..I drove an hour to get there and 30 minutes later I was walking out. With no Truck. Sales person Eric, seems to be a man of God , has his bible on on his desk?? But most of all his used sales teams sucks, I was told that, that was not one finance company would finance me, with a trade-in as well with cash at hand. I bought a $70,000 car and it’s been in the repair shop longer than I have had it. It only has 200 mikes in it. They haven’t even ordered the parts to fix it. They don’t even call to update me. Last time I called, my call was rejected. I’m sorry I bought this car, and traded in my good Jeep Truck.

Decent sales team. Finance (Candy? Connie) was great. False advertising omitting “dealer add ons” totally deceptive. Coffee machine was great.

They take my suv for check a error and that take 1 month and they don’t fix anything just say yes we check and we solve the issue but the SUV continue have the same issue

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The original appointment was canceled but they still got to my vehicle quickly. I left and had to search for my wheel lock. It was placed in a cup holder for them but that is not where it was returned nor was it handed to me. Found it in the center console. I wanted to buy a truck that I saw online and asked for an out-the-door price. I planned to pay cash and wire the money. I was unable to get an email response with the price. Usually that means that the online price is dishonest. Tried 4 times to no avail and I'm not gonna call Daniel or Brittany to hear a story.

I was waiting on my part n no one ever called me to say hey it’s here let’s schedule an appointment. So we had to call and ask if the part was in . Customer service not that great no one follows up.

The wait is unbearable they take their time or don’t know what they are doing.once the oil change was complete they didn’t even reset the oil gage meter.I did it myself didn’t want to wait an extra hour.

I have been receiving many credit union mail, show me that my application is declined, but I don't why because the finance manager helped me to apply the steplantis, and I called big start clear lake, on one can answer me, and finance manager Dejuan, it seems he doesn't want to answer my phone call, and give me the explanation. I am not happy with my experience with this dealership. I felt like a lot of manipulation and deception took place throughout the process. I sent an email to the sales manager and never received a response. The price you advertise it on the internet is the price you should be willing to accept for it.

Dealer tried to upsell every vehicle $7,995 for add ons that might cost $1,000. They hide this until on the paperwork and if I would not have asked it would have gone unnoticed. My wife and I were pre-approved prior to arriving. This information was provide prior to going into financing. While awaiting financing. We revived an alert for a credit check. We never authorized the dealer to run our credit. They did this without permission And stated the reason was so they could negate the pre approval we provided them and they could sell the vehicle easier.

very inaccurate diagnosis . Tech wrote up everything that could possibly be wrong. 11,000.00 quote . fixed for under 500.00. I will never go here again . and leave a part off my vehicle . I had to go and pick up and put back on myself .
